Another Successful Year at Wasco Reviewed at the Fall Gathering of Shareholders
WASCO held their Annual Meeting and Holiday Party on Tuesday November 15th at 4 pm at the gorgeous Park Savoy Estate in Florham Park, NJ.
There was convenient valet parking onsite for the event. Registration at 4pm was followed by the Annual Stockholder Meeting that covered WASCO's year in review, the latest news, upcoming programs and vendor offerings as well as the distribution of annual dividend checks.
It was great to talk about our revenue for the year, the fiscal year in review, sourcing products, a review of new shareholders, coming changes on the website, programs for savings on purchases and for profit increases, the election of the board, the dividend distribution and the forecast for WASCO's future.
We answered questions from attendees during the meeting, and everyone got to visit with our vendors and sponsors in an open house setting.
A gourmet holiday party lunch followed the meeting. An amazing spread of innovative dishes was served by the Park Savoy. Everyone enjoyed socializing during and after the wonderful meal during the holiday party.
