We are still in the midst of unprecedented times and everyone’s safety is our utmost concern, which is why we have decided to make our Annual Stockholder Meeting a virtual event that will take place on Wednesday November 18 from 11 am to 12 pm!
This event will combine elements of our Annual Stockholder Meeting and the Open House that we hold each year. In fact, the agenda of this meeting will consist of:
- Quick presentations from our top 6 vendors
- A review of the business of the cooperative for both 2019 & 2020
- The election of officers
- A brief presentation about our solar project, which is a 125-panel rooftop solar energy system that we’ve had active since July
To make up for the fact that we won’t be giving out door prizes like we usually do at our Open House events, we will be offering various login prizes that can be won just by taking part in the WASCO 2020 Annual Stockholder Meeting.
